Challenge Overview
Eligo, a global leader in digital polling across 75 countries, challenged students to evolve their existing ecosystem beyond a transactional voting tool. The objective was to transform the platform into a high-frequency engagement system that remains a constant asset for organizations, rather than a utility used only during active elections.
Impact
The workshop provided immersive experience in UX Psychology and rapid prototyping, teaching students how to synthesize complex business needs into a comprehensive corporate solution.
The collaboration delivered a validated roadmap for an expanded product ecosystem. While digital polling remains the core competency, the workshop identified opportunities to increase relevance during “off-voting” periods by integrating features for HR and talent management. Eventually, it also allowed the company to hire a designer to manage such internal processes with a human-centred approach to their technology.
